On Sunday 25 February, the first premium wine, selected spirits and fine food exhibition Fine Wine Food, with the presence of Christos Zafeirakis, will be held in Heraklion, Crete, for the second time!
The exhibition will take place at the "Aquila Atlantis Hotel", from 11:00 to 21:00.
The aim of Fine Wine Food is to broaden the horizons of the Ho.Re.Ca industry. This is the reason ιτ is paid serious attention to the locality of the products and also to the support of the producers who prioritise the organic farming and the low environmental footprint of their production. The vision is to align tourism with food and beverage services and evolve in a sustainable way with local communities and producers.
In this context, Christos Zafeirakis was invited and will be there to introduce fine varieties from the certified organic vineyard of Ktima Zafeirakis at the wine tasting and dinner that will follow on the 24th of February.
