A unique wine from 100% Limniona grapes  coming from PGI Tyrnavos Region in Thessaly Greece, and specifically from the vineyards of Palaiomylos ans Kampilagas.
 
The vineyards, aged 20-22 years old, are groving in sandy clay soil with high concentration flints and on an altitude of 200-300 mt ASL.
 
The area climate has rare rainfalls and it is caracterized by dry and hot summer.
 
VINIFICATION
Classic red wine vinification method with the use of spontaneous yeast yeast fermentation in wooden tanks of 5000L & 3000L. Extraction lasts for 20-25 days. Maturation in 1200 Lt, 2400 Lt barrels.
